We’re both on campus for our advising day tomorrow so we decided to meet up for dinner. I was beyond nervous. We’ve been talking through Facebook and text messaging for the past few months but talking to someone in person is so much different!
But, everything went perfect! She and her mom were so talkative and friendly, just like my mom and I so we all got along great. I can’t wait for the fall when we can move in and meet more people! We seem really alike and she also wakes up ungodly early so luckily we won’t have to worry about waking each other up. But I’m really glad that we got along so well and that she ended up being just as awesome in person as she did over text messages. :)
Tomorrow I have to be up at around six to get to my advising day which starts at 7. We’re pretty much listening to seminars and scheduling classes all day, but I hope it doesn’t end up being too boring.
Oh well, today was awesome and I love being on campus again. :)
I won’t be on much until Wednesday night. I leave tomorrow afternoon for Penn State for my advising day on Wednesday(: It’s pretty much the same as orientation, so I can pick my classes, meet people and I get to finally meet my roommate!!
I’m kinda nervous, though. What if she’s weird? What if she think’s i’m weird?! Ahhh! I’m sure it will all turn out okay, we’ve been texting and she seems perfectly normal and I think we’re going to be good friends :)
I can’t wait to be on campus again and meet new people. Wish me luck!
goooooood morninnnnnngggggggg:) I don’t know why I made that face. But, Happy Memorial Day! I’m off to the gym for a nice morning workout, then when I come home my family is coming over for a cookout, wooohooo! & My dad said he’s making crab cakes<3 It’s going to be a good day.
